Within nursery every child is assigned a Key Person and we will provide you with the name of your child's Key Person and introduce you to them whilst you are visiting nursery for your settling in visits or as part of your child's transition to another room.
Each Key Person will initially help your child to feel more settled and familiar within our nursery environment and will ensure that the learning and care we provide are tailored to your child's individual needs.
Not only will your child's Key Person build a warm caring relationship with your child, they will also build one with you. Our hope is that this will enable you to feel that you can continue to support your child's development at home by providing you with ideas for activities and events that you could try at home.
If the need arises we will support any family who may require specialist support.
