If your child attends our nursery between the age of two and three then we will complete your child's Two Year Check. This assessment is a statutory requirement that we must achieve and we will share this information with you initially before passing it to your family Health Visitor.
When your child is making the transition to school we will share your child's developmental overview with the school your child has been offered a place at, this will enable them to support your child's transition into school.
Currently to access or view your child's Two Year Check and any assessments we complete at nursery you have to log into the eyLog website and not the app. eyLog are currently working on their mobile app to allow parents to view these assessments through your mobile's and tablet devices.
